Before purchasing a battery from us, please verify that the replacement battery being offered matches the battery you are currently using. This is especially important when ordering replacement battery packs. Customers will be held responsible for the return shipping of incorrectly ordered batteries. Customers will also be held responsible for the cost of ordering the correct replacement batteries and shipping the correct batteries to their location.
UPS replacement battery packs contain replacement batteries only. You must re-use your existing cabling and hardware.
If we are out of stock on a particular battery, we will ship an equal or better battery with dimensions that closely match the original physical size and at the same price.

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

To process your order, we need specific information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date, and shipping preference. BatteryWholesale.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone else.
We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new BatteryWholesale.com services, an/or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, Please check the "No, do not add me to your mailing list" in step 4 of our ordering process. If you choose to receive emails and later decide that you no longer wish to receive them, you may send an email to Sales requesting your email address be removed from our mail list.
Batteries will be accepted for return, with an approved RMA, within 30 days of purchase date.
IMPORTANT: For dry charged AGM batteries, due to DOT regulations, once the acid pack has been opened, the battery cannot be shipped back to us for any reason.
Purchases from BatteryWholesale.com to be returned must be shipped back to us in sturdy packaging and in resalable condition. CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR BATTERIES RECEIVED DAMAGED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKING. In this case, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim through UPS in order to be reimbursed. All returns must have an RMA number on them and must be returned within 15 days from the date of issued RMA. On orders you place incorrectly, we charge a 20% restocking fee and do not refund shipping charges. A delay in credit may result if the RMA does not meet these requirements.
To return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Complete a Return Authorization Form within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- All orders returned must have an RMA number to receive credit.
- Clearly print RMA number on the package.

Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the date your return is received by us for your credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. If the batteries are damaged in shipment, we will ship you another battery. What is done with the damaged battery will depend upon the shipping method used.
Our batteries are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year with proper service and maintenance.
"Closeout Specials" are sold "As Is" with no warranty available.
You must use the proper replacement batteries for your device. Please consult the manufacturer of the device, or your owners manual to verify which battery you need before you make your purchase.
When warranty batteries are issued, original batteries must be sent back within 15 business days. If the original batteries are not returned, you will be charged for the batteries and the shipping.
Warranty replacements are issued as new batteries only. If you choose not to have us ship new batteries, no money will be refunded after 30 days from the original invoice date.
Only one (1) set of warranty batteries will be issued. If you continue to experience problems after having received one (1) warranty set, you must have your device inspected for other faults.
Please recycle all SLA, AGM & GEL batteries.
You may ship your used batteries to BatteryWholesale.com (Attention: Recycle) and we will recycle them for you or you may take them to a local recycler. Look in the yellow pages of the phone book under scrap metal dealers and you will usually find listings of recycling businesses in your area or go to Call2Recycle® to find a location in your area.
Note: Most Alkaline, Lithium, Lithium Ion, Nickel Metal Hydride & Zinc Air Batteries may be safely disposed of in normal household waste. Check with your State for exceptions to disposal rules. Never dispose of batteries in fire, as they could explode.
In most cases, orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, providing the battery is in stock. However, orders may take up to 48 hours to ship. We apologize for this delay. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST or those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most batteries (AGM, SLA or GEL cell, NiCad, MiMH, and alkaline) are shipped UPS and may be shipped by air.
The shipping of batteries that require special Hazardous Material handling, such as wet cell batteries, may be more complicated and expensive.
For APO & PPO addresses, we ship USPS. The customer is responsible for claims for damages and/or lost packages.
Shipping Notice: You may be charged $8.00 per package for incorrect/incomplete address information. To avoid delivery delays and additional charges, please be certain your ENTIRE shipping address is correct, including room, floor, suite and/or apartment numbers.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT: Upon receipt of your shipment, you should inspect your batteries for any damage prior to installing into your unit.
If your order is damaged in transit; contact us immediately. We will reship the order for you. Please keep all contents of the damaged shipment until you receive further instructions from us.
We are not responsible for damages to your device caused by damaged or defective batteries.
Orders totalling $5,000.00+ may be subject to wire transfer only.

All orders placed for delivery within the State of Texas must be charged 8.25% sales tax on the total order. If you are a reseller and are tax exempt, please email us at email@example.com with your sales tax exemption form.
NOTE TO TEXAS TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: A Tax Exempt certificate from your company must be on file at the time of processing or an 8.25% sales tax will be charged.
