We welcome orders from across the world, however you will be responsible for setting up your own shipping arrangements. Often customers utilize their own freight provider to pick up from our warehouse, or we are able to ship to a US-based freight forwarder.
All international orders must be prepaid. All international sales are final, unless the item does not match what was ordered. This means that you must verify the exact battery, including terminal, that you need. If you order the wrong item, we will not able to exchange it for you. In the rare case that we send the wrong item, we will offer an exchange to/from a US-based address. If you utilize a freight forwarder, we recommend that you inquire of their ability to validate the products match what you are expecting before they leave the US.
You should use insurance when shipping your items. Because you are responsible for shipping arrangements, we will not provide refunds or returns for damaged goods once they leave our warehouse. You will be responsible for filing the claim with the shipping provider.
You are responsible for all duty or taxes that may be required.
Any shipping discounts, bulk purchase discounts, or other discounts generally available on our site will not apply to international orders.
