An account is created while placing your first initial order. Go to your Shopping Cart page by either clicking the "Checkout" button located under the "Your Shopping Cart" box on the right hand side of any page of the website OR while viewing a product click the "Add To Cart" button associated with the product. This will redirect you to your Shopping Cart page. Review your items and select your form of shipping. If you are shipping to Texas and NOT tax exempt, please click the tax button. When you are finished reviewing and updating your cart and you are ready to place your order, click the "Checkout >>>" button. You will be redirected to the login page. Click the "Create Account >>>" button. Section 5 of the Invoice page is the section where you will create your new account. Back to Top How can I become a reseller? In order to become a reseller you must register using the red "Resellers" link under the "Battery Wholesale Services" table located on the right hand side of this page. Back to Top How can I track my order? After your order has been placed, you can login with the email and password you provided during the checkout process and click on "Track an order". If your order has not been shipped from our warehouse, you can click on "View previous orders and order status" to see if your order has been received. After the order has been received, it usually takes 24 hours for order tracking to be available. Back to Top I forgot my password. What do I do now? If you forgot your password, click here. Enter your email address and a new password will be generated for your account and emailed to you. After you receive your new password, you can login and change your generated password.
