To place an order:
Shipping charges vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
We ship our products internationally using UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express. The cost is based on the
shipping destination and weight of the package. To expedite your on-line ordering, we have established the following process for international orders:
- Place your online order. You will receive an automated order confirmation.
- We will estimate the weight of your parcel and determine your shipping options and charges by consulting
UPS rate charts. The options available to us for international shipments are either Expedited (estimated delivery time of 7-8
business days) or Worldwide Express (estimated delivery time 3-4 business days). These delivery times are estimates. Actual transit times may
vary.
- Please Note: BatteryWholesale.com is located in Georgetown, Texas, USA.
We ship via UPS Worldwide. An average battery weighs 8 - 10 pounds, shipping
batteries internationally, depending upon location, can be expensive.
We will then send you an email detailing these options and charges and asking you to advise how you would like us to proceed. We will not ship your order
or charge your credit card until you let us know via return email which shipping method you prefer.
Payment
Prepayment of all orders is required. We accept the following payment options:
Credit Card
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
If you make your payment by credit card, the following is required by fax or mail (all orders must be
shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used):
- Name as it appears on the credit card
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- 3-Digit verification code from the back of the card
- Billing address for credit card
Please remember that if you cancel your order, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. (See "Cancellations" Below)
Wire Transfer
To wire directly to our account, please email acctg@batterywholesale.com for instructions. An additional $20 USD
will need to be added to your payment to cover the additional charges applied by intermediary banks.
Freight and Insurance
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse. International shipping and insurance charges (where applicable) will
be paid by the customer. International customers must provide the correct shipping address and telephone
number. BatteryWholesale.com will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer and payment
will not be refunded.
Should damage to the shipment occur during transit, the customer will be responsible for filing a damage
claim with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled prior to shipping. Orders ship the same day (2:00 P.M. CST) if the battery is a
stocked item. The customer will be alerted to any backorder. All cancellations must be in writing.
Customs, duty and other taxes
The customer is responsible for all duty or taxes that the government of his country may require. It is wise to
check with import authorities to determine these charges.
